Imlay City Premise Liability Lawyers File Lawsuit For Closed Head Injury
Our Imlay City premise liability lawyersrecently filed a lawsuit for a client in the Lapeer County Circuit Court. The case arises out of an accident that occurred in the city of Imlay City. The client was a Kraft employee working in the stockroom of the Imlay City Kroger store when an improperly stored metal shelving unit came crashing down on top of her head.
The client suffered damage to the vertebrae in her cervical spine, severe gashes to her scalp requiring stapling, and extensive closed head injuries that have rendered her disabled. She has since undergone physical therapy, occupational therapy, vestibular therapy and is still treating with a neurologist. She has been off work almost a year and continues to remain unable to drive due to neurological dysfunction.
